tails are so ugly it hurts to look at them....in 1997 on a honda civic there were cool.

I like it, but does this require cutting of the original fenders? If I decide to remove the kit and bring it back to stock, would that mean I would need new fenders and quarter panel?

I would think so if you want to have wider wheels... i dont think there would be any other way around it.

This is not the look that I would want to run on mine (I prefer the M-Tech look) but if one is looking to have a unique and very very aggressive looking E60, this might be the kit for you.
