Orion V2 Install
Simon should be the first to thank, but Phil is a close second. Without them, especially Phil's prior experience with his Maxima, this product may not have gotten off the ground.

Using the small one to glue the Angel Eyes and the other to seal the Headlight, will use the GE Silicon waterproofing later on in the project.
Check out the adhesives

Hour and a half (1.5 hours) of work and I only got to open just one of the lights.
I know I am dead tired from a long day but now I am unable to think further.
I cant figure out how to get the OEM Angel eyes out to move any further.
Any help appreciated
Please see attached picture

OKay !
According to Umnitza there are some kind of screws, but I guess thats true for LCI lights.
To open the black cover you need to drill in to break the seals (that hold the cover).
Hmmmm -- I told you there is more to that guide.
Will keep you guys posted

The black piece has to be broken off at the top. And the bottom, put a flat head screwdriver in between the bottom connected pieces and take a hammer to knock it, it'll snap of clean. You can then use hot glue to place the piece back. Good luck.

Thanks buddy thanks for the advice.
I am trying to figure how I would put the headlight halo together. If I just have the angle eyes by itself without the silver plastic it looks kind of oddd.
Did you guys get rid of the silver plastic holder(The holder for the OEM angle eye tube completely ?) or did you do another something around it ?
Please refer to the screen shot for my question -
When I dont get the silver plastic cover in there it fits fine but looks ugly since the wire to the Angle eyes is visible -- Is that how it would go in ?
Or do I have to fit the silver hold in there with the Umnitza angle eyes.
I think i am going to get that silver holder in there to hide the wires yet cut out the inner circle to have the Angle eyes completely VISIBLE.
Unless there is another way the experts can point me to

Raceboss, I really gotta hand it to you, man - you're making this process a whole lot less scary for me. Wishing you smooth sailing with the rest of it - can't wait to see finished pics

Glue the angel eyes to the silver rings. Make sure the orions are completely flat so the glue/rings can stay on it. You might needs to modify the black piece to fit the angel eyes.

Regarding the tube I'm almost sure I got rid of it completely, the entire housing basically with the angel eyes. Angel eye should glue to the silver part I believe there may be some clips. I"m trying to remember form memory its been a while. I had to cut part of the upper housing of the angel eye to make it fit.
