OK, now that you have it cut off, why don't you show us how you glued it back together and what you used?

Umnitza, Very interesting way to cut this open. I do have a question though, from what I can see, the end product will end up being a butt joint, if so, this is one of the weakest joints out there. I can't imagine any other way it could be though. I have only done one, so I am a serious rookie! I cut mine as CALIC did so I ended up with a lap joint which is stronger. What are you guys using to set the lens back in place? Are you removing the small piece if lens that remains in the slot? I do have to admit, your way seem 10X faster though!

Hi guys, we have successfully completed an E60 luminary with 120SMD LED/ring set.
The question is that how should we attach it into the system? It has the same relay+wiring harness as the E36 E46 66SMD LED type models, maybe you know them...should we use it? Or we have to connect the rings directly to the old angel eye socket? I thinking about the error messages....some1 please help we have to make the costumers car 10.00am GMT (approx 14hours after this has been posted)....thanks is advance.

Sorry for the delay, we have the second part of the videos finished where we show how to mount the rings and begin assembly/disassembly.

Also, will finish by showing how to close them up as well in the coming days too.

Just doing too many custom projects:
