i bought the bosch oscillating tool today and started on the headlight straight away. It works wonders, and just like rizbel said it took 30 mins per headlight. Definetly worth getting, im sure it will come handy for a few other mods to.

Baking will not work on the e60 headlights. I've baked my previous cars headlights to retrofit umnitza angel eyes. It was pretty straight forward, but because of the way the e60 headlights are built u actually have to cut them open.

Your 100% right there. I tried baking these lights to and it was just not seperating. The seal is a lot stronger on the lights.

It can be baked open, I'm guessing it just requires alot of more time. OSS bakes them open.
