Hi,
I am looking to buy some wheels off ebay. My car is a 04 545i.
I have the following choice combo
19X8.5 +12mm and 19X9.5 +28mm (72mm hub)
or
19X8.5 +15mm and 19x9.5 +20mm (74mm hub but will probide ring)
What do you think is the best and would not rub (with 275 in the back) if I decide to lower the car with eibach springs later on.
Thanks

Although I do not like the idea of hub rings my first choice would be the 9.5 28mm for the back and the 8.5 15mm for the front.
Personally, you spent a ton of money on your car. Skip ebay and find the source for the wheels that will give you what you want.

The first choice is the stock 166M rims which will work. The 28mm offset for the back is PERFECT. You can even go with a 285 in back with no problems, even if you lower the car. The 12mm offset on the front will work, but IMO, I think the rim sticks out to far. It is really made for an M5 fender. Also, if you lower the car, you may have a problem with this rim. Actually, the 15mm offset of the second choice is better for the front - it kicks the rim inward a bit. No gaurantees about lowering the car with the 15mm offset. Mine are now a 14-15mm offset and it would be really close.
