OK, yes- obviously I can get them from BMW. But if a Cadillac hub cap can cost $400 I don't want to find out how much BMW charges for an alloy wheel...

Well, actually I do want to know.

But, anyway- are you guys all going back to BMW to buy the factory OEM wheels, or is there a distributor out there that you all are buying them from?

I really like that split 5 spoke wheel- I think it's a 172 or 176- I forget.
Anyhoo, where can I find the prices on this stuff? I went to the BMW Website, and into the accessories area, but didn't see anything for wheels...

Where can I find a listing of the wheels and their prices?

PS- It's the 167 that I like.... I've never paid for a factory wheel before-(Aftermarket fan) but, this is a sexy wheel...

You can find a lot of good price oem wheels in the 5series.net classified section. I bought mine here.

Garry Romani, the Parts Manager at BMW of Newport, RI, offers a 25% discount on many OEM parts parts including wheels (but not tires). Many many members here have bought stuff from him. Here is the thread about him and the discount: https://5series.net/forums/index.php?showto...8067&st=120

Check realoem.com for undiscounted prices on oem equipment and our vendors section for vendors offering significant discounts on BMW parts - you can contact them directly to see what parts the discount applies to.

I've had great luck at Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. The on-line catalog can be a little quirky, but on most wheels they offer discounts - I'd call them.

Also, you can check Craigslist.com in your area and get some OEM wheels (just have to be patient, a lot of ugly chrome wheels on there). I got mine on craigslist and I am more than happy with them. Good luck.

In addition to the usual suspects mentioned like Craigslist, e-Bay and the forum classifieds, you might want to check with the local dealership. Quite a few new take-offs are done there, so it would be a slightly better price.
