Could it be because its rft tires thats on them (wheel) right now.
rft are noisier compared to normal tires & they make the ride harder.

Hello! I just purchased 2006 530i sports titanium grey color recently and came with style 124 chromed, rft tires. How do I check if these wheels are oem and not replica? I dont particularly like the ride because of too much noise and kind of bumpy. I would like to go size 19 staggered but not interested of dropping car. Is it possible to go size 19 staggered without changing springs, shocks, or dropping my car? What is the right offsets if wheel is non oem. Any suggesttion on wheel and non rft tires is much appreciated. I would like to keep my budget to 2kor below only. Thanks
Here's what the back of my OEM 124 wheels read:

The fronts: Germany and 6760617 BMW 8Jx18EH2
The rears: Germany and 6760618 BMW 9JX18EH2

I am not aware of OEM 124s being made in the Czech Republic, but can not confirm.

They're not chromed from the factory, so they've been off the car for that unless they are replicas. These are available on e-Bay, etc., but usually in 74.1 mm bore, so they'll have hub rings in most cases, at least when I was in the market.

Bumpy = RFTs. Dump them, especially if moving up to 19" if you want a smoother ride since the aspect ratio will drop. GL
