Which OEM rim is lighter than M-sport 18" rims?

guys, do you all know the weight of the M-sport wheels? and what OEM wheels are lighter than the 18" wheels? Believe by changing to lighter wheels and normal non run flat tires will lighten the unsprung weight to improve handling? as run flat tires are very heavy. but my LCi does not have spare tire in the trunk. Will the pre facelift spare tire fit into my facelifted spare tire well? will it benefit handling and performance with the extra spare tire in the trunk if it can fit?
