There are about 6 key areas of differences
Grill area
Lower "spoiler/splitter" area
Type of fog openings
Type of "cut/mold" lines on the bumper
Size of grill
Clearance height (about .25-.5" difference)
There are a few other minor ones but these are it.
Suffice it to say, the M5tech is a far more aggressive looking bumper and most people prefer it.
