+1 That is a MTech or also referred to a Msport. The M5 is slightly different and the M5Tech is a hybrid with fogs. Buying a used bumper like that without inspecting it first could be a waste of money. You need to make sure that all clip receivers are in good shape and not broken. If its just scratched and a couple gouges etc, this can be repaired and painted but if a clip receiver is broken your repair options become quickly limited and a much higher possibility that a successful repair can be made.
I just noticed that these clips I refer to are in fact broken. Personally thats a high price for a bumper needing that much repair. My clips also broke and I was able to fabricate a very thin metal strip and rivet it in place. It's not real noticeable but I can tell that its there.

ychap - that bumper looks F'D up for that kind of pricing. I can't see the sides to spot the amber reflector, so unless it's been blacked out or removed, I'll assume it's not OEM and would be aftermarket.
So if you don't really care for OEM or aftermarket mtech style bumper, contact one of the vendors on here - Trinity Autosport / Umnitza.
You won't have to worry about broken tabs, missing washer caps, tow hook cap, plus the front grill and inserts for brake vent.

yChap, we offer Mtech and M5tech, but most of our customer prefer the M5tech, it's a very nice and aggressive bumper and we're running a special on it over the phone.

M5Tech is pictured, MTech you will have to go to their site to see or google MSport. Basically, it looks very similar except the front lower corners have the molded splitter look. There are other differences but you would need to compare because that are small and not real noticeable.
