The new October parts system shows that the seat back DVD screens and DVD multichanger has been released for the normal E60 in Europe
There is one screen for each rear seat in a holder that is affixed to front seatback, then a DVD mulltichanger for the trunk
I dont have any more info , so contact your dealer to find out ( may take them a little while to get October parts system )
The part numbers are also market specific so you get the correct DVD zone

yak, the screen holders are so bad and cheap looking, so thick and big, uglyyyyyyyy. It looks like in a Boeing plane
I bet some aftermarket screen would look much better

many of my friends "pimped" cars have the in-headrest players. They look nice but are expensive for the labor of modifying your headrests to fit the screens and then for the wiring.

Not to mention the screen moving up/down when the person sitting in front adjuts the headrest height.
