Does anyone know how to fit the 166 wheels on the xi. Or are there any replicas that actually look very close to the original.? I've seen some but too cheesy looking.

I think you (original poster) should search for some other wheel, maybe aftermarket. There sure are replica 166's with higher offsets, but because you've used to the look the OEM 166's wheels provide, it is hard to accept the look of the replica wheel with the high offset. The higher offset means less concave look, as you probably know.
I really like the Miro 111's on an X model, like in white535xi's car

How to fit? ![Think](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/think.gif)
Just bolt them on ... as you probably already know RWD & AWD E60 share the exact same bolt pattern & hub size (but the offset is entirely diff. story) so no fitment issue at all ... in fact it's been done ... take a look http://forums.5serie...15597-new-pics/ ... now ... as far as proper or not ... yaa I leave it to you ...

how many times we going to go through this??? THEY WON'T FIT. Here is member SP530xi with OEM 166's on his XI. He no longer has these wheels, but he learned immediately after mounting them that they stick out beyond the wheel wells and don't work. Unfortunately, they don't make Negative Wheel Spacers. Hahahaha!
