General UHP or Hankook Ventus tires are recc'd often for 166's and/or 19" wheels here. I personally have General UHP's on my 166's.
tirerack.com is a good resource to find pricing and reviews on different tire brands...

Regular Michelin Pilots - as summer tires - although for winter here in MN I have my stock wheels on Dunlop wintersport M3's.
If I had a choice now, I'd probably go with the UHPs simply due to price--the Pilots are hella expensive (but worth it if you've got the cash).

If you are on a budget and want summer performance tires, get the Hankook Ventus V12 Evos, which has done really well in tire comparos. If you want max summer performance tires, lots of members swear by the Michelin PS2s -- but they are very expensive andn although top-rated in the wet, they have generally performed mid-pack in the dry weather tests in tire comparos.
For ultra high performance all seasons, if on a budget, the General Exclaim UHPs are highly regarded by members here. Note that the Generals have a somehwat softer sidewall so if you are a cornering nut, these may not be for you. For great ultra performance all seasons, if price is no object, the Michelin Pilot Sport AS tires are used by and well-regadedd by many members.
