With confirmation from Mike and another member, I thought I would give this a wack, and get rid of the orange reflector from the inside.
Surprisingly, the reflector wasn't too difficult to get rid of. So my apologies to the people that had PM'ed me and I had said "No, cannot be done"... now it can!
Anyway, here are a few quick pics taken in the parking lot a few minutes.
Enjoy!
edit: Oh, and just a quick note. I actually folded my sticker over the reflector, as oppose to cutting it like Mike did

LOL, I know, right?
Well my buddy and I have done a good amount of these, so it didn't take us very long. I would say that without screwing around, it took about 2 hours, including taking apart the eyebrows (I was contemplating using different leds for the white 'brows, but later changed my mind).
