Head rest pillow that comfortably supports your neck. It fills in the gap between your neck and the head rest. It's "squishable" so you are able to press the back of your head into it and "adjust" it to your exact requirements. It's easy to install and portable to boot. It cost around $10-15US.

Here it's installed on my Honda Odyssey. It's installed vertically so it won't slip off the headrest. Once I drove with it and felt the support on my neck, I missed it when I forgot to tranfer it back to the E60. Guess I'll put them in all the cars and all the seats. Passengers will appreciate it too.

Note: I'm not associated financially or otherwise with this product.

Looks like something they'd install on the Special Ed bus.

I purchased it at Walmart. The color matches my grey interior perfectly.
The tags need to be cut off. Maybe there are other colors to match your interior.

Don't knock it until you've tried it.
