I am ready to replace my spark plugs on my 08 535xi, and I was wondering if there is a difference between the NGK and Bosch spark plugs. I can't seem to find NGK for the 535, so I might have to go with Bosch. Anybody has any input on this topic? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend going with the NGK. I replaced mine with them and haven't had a single problem. They were recommended to me by other known E60.net members as well.

I can't seem to find the part number for the NGK for my 535. Their web site does not list parts for this engine. Does anybody know what's the part number from NGK?

Some come with NGK some come with Bosch. I replace with Bosch 4 prong because their cheaper and I replace them more than i probably need to but again, they're not expensive $4-$6 a plug and that's not much every 30K miles or so.

my car had NGK 4-point plugs and I just replaced them with Bosch iridium fusion plugs. doesn't matter either way, if you've got more than 50k miles you'll be a happy camper when you replace them.
