I just bought 19'' after having 20's. Beyern came out with a new forged 2 piece wheel in black and silver. They are really light, simple and good looking. There called beyern bavaria. I bought the 19x9 20 offset and 19x10.5 in 25 offset in rear. With the wider wheels Im running 255/35/19 and 295/30/19. They fit perfectly to the T.

2004 530i with H%R Coilovers. Since your suspension is non sport you could even go up a series (profile) in tires to 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 or 285/35/19 for rim protection and comfort.
