These are the future mods I plan on doing, most of the people I know tell me not to bother, but I think it will look alot better.

What do you think?

-Change ACS rear bumper to M-Tech.
- Lower the car another inch.

First pick is now, second is photoshopped.

M-tech rear is much better. go for it. I totaly don't like the ACS style.... too cheap and cheasy looking for the E60

not sure about the lowering.... the front looks weird lowered this much

I think you are nuts for wanting to cut a coil off of the H&R coils. I think if you wait a bit it will settle more. I do like the M rear bumper better.

Me too!

The car looks too low in the Photoshopped pic.

The ACS bumper would need Euro reflectors.

Your ride quality will suffer significantly if you lower the car anymore than that. If you can tolerate the feel of a bouncing car then go for it. I personally would never go that route again. But I think the best of both worlds is to get a system with adjustable ride height (i.e. coilovers).

I think the M-tech rear bumper is the best on the e60. Then, get the ACS rear diffuser which is an add-on to the M-tech bumper.

What's your goal? If you like that kid-in-a-12-year-old-Honda-look, go for it.

You may want to Photoshop in a neckbrace too...

Cheers,
Ray Hull

I agree this is a BMW not a Honda. BMWs are made to be driven, how can you drive a car when you can't exceed 5mph due to the tires rubbing or the front scraping. On the other hand I agree with the m-tech rear bumper, that looks slick!
