All:
I recently upgraded to M167 OEM wheels and I have found that if I have any substantial weight in the rear seat....the tires will rub when hitting dips or bumps. I think its time to upgrade my suspension. All ideas welcome!!

Are you using ET17 offset on the rear wheels? Also what tire size on the rear?

what tire sizes are you running?

If you are running 245/35 F 275/30 R you could get some rubbing w/ sport pkg suspension + weight in the back, but you could always just roll your fenders a bit to clear the rear tires...

Those are the tire sizes that I am running with sport pkg suspension.....what are my options with suspension components? New OEM (it is an 04)? Aftermarket coilovers?

I love the look of these wheels on this car, but I would like to eliminate the rubbing if I can

I would try rolling the fenders first before swapping out the suspension

Wow, call me uninformed, I thought that the M6 offsets and 275/30-19 on the rear generally fit without rubbing... guess not in all cases...

Looks great!!!
M167's are my favorite! I miss my set. But then again, I am riding on some nice iForged 20's so I'll be alright.

I'd say your stock OEMs are done in the rear and possibly in the front depending on the mileage you have. Time for some KSport coilovers!

depending on the age of the suspension and whats in the trunk and rear seat, rubbing can occur due to the lower offsets....
