I decided to paint it professionally Piano black as my trims are off now but I did not know that the door trim was so hard to remove as it seamed easiest to me it turned PITA. removing door panels to take small piece off seams a lot of work to me and not worth it. I broke them and going to use a glue or some double sided tape to put them back.
It's all about the heat gun. The heat gun is key! I just removed one door panel and it was a snap. No clips broken. The trim is held in by a few screws which were simple to remove and it slid right out.

I'm in Dallas every month or so, as I have an office there. Meet me there and I'll do it.

Looks good for now, in the heat the concave parts might start to lift. 3M sell a primer solution that prevents this happening.

Good job though, looks really clean.

How do you access the door trim screw? As I see you have to remove door panel to get there. Are they same in all pre-LCIs?

I used glue around the inside edges, so I shouldn't have a problem. I viewed many videos and tutorials online before starting the project. I chose not to use the primer, as it's easier to remove the face of the vinyl, should I sell the car down the road.
