This I took from www.zf.com. The manufactorer of my 535d gearbox (6HP26 Heck 6).
What do you think? What will be it's physical maximum? Be careful or do you have the 6hp32 heck 6 gearbox? Because then you're safe...

20" Hartge Nova 7. Previously 19" staggered 172s
I also think you have added two and two and arrived at five.
My 535d hads a new battery and a similar thing happened. The benefit seems to come from the system resetting.
