My Ride: BMW E61 525DSE Auto Touring.
2004 54 plate
Metalic saffire Black,
Active Steering.
18 Inch Style 124 Alloys,
falken 452s
Beige Leather
Dark Poplar Wood Trim
xenon bulb upgrade
blutooth phone prep
got rid of goodyear runflats today and replaced them with falken 452s 245/40/18s
got home from work wife said tyre fitter said weve got to take it easy for the first
200 miles because they might be a bit slippy because of the mould release agent
on them
jumped in and went for a blast (WHAT A DIFFERENCE) even with the release agent on them
they feel like they have twice as much grip, the ride is much more forgiving ,does not crash
over uneven rough roads does not skip and dance over bumps and ridges and there is a lot less tramlining
It is like night and day this is more like what you would expect from a bmw
reasonably comfortable ride with plenty of grip and sportiness for when you want to push on a bit
going to enjoy the car a lot more from now on

Wait, take the around a fast corner and you'll miss RFT stable feel assuming no mid-corner bumps though.
