NEW Conti's SC3-csc3_big_new_en_property_original.jpg promises:

Extremely precise steering
Shorter braking distances on dry and wet roads
Excellent protection against aquaplaning

http://www.conti-online.com/generator/www/...ontact3_en.html

seems that beaten last year buy economic Hankook, Germany tires guru also uses the asymmetrical pattern ribs, not sure if variable silica is also used but seems interesting. Last year the new Evo Ventus 1 outperformed most expensive Conti SC2 and Michlein'SP... will see what Summer 2006 brings.

Good stuff.
I'm so eager to see how it performs or better said if it outperforms the king of performance tires Michelin ps2. Hope tirerack will post soon facts and data so we can make an idea.

Problem:

1) It's a Continental.
2) It's still a Continental.

Nothing that wrong...but imo as a brand they don't match up with Michelin. On the other hand the implication in motorsport speaks for itself.
