please.

I noticed several of you with this little net on passenger side of tunnel. I randomly selected three vehicle pics to show what I am talking about. Seems to be color keyed to vehicle interior.

Parts guy at dealer had no clue. Referred me to an older model accessories catalog that has something similar but only in black.

I would like to get this in Chateau (or Auburn for youse 5er guys).

Special thanks to 545i Now, arta - bmw57, and Canada545 for placing these in the gallery so I could look them up to be sure I was not crazy.

Any help in identifying these would be most appreciated.

TIA

It comes standard on the E60 (at least my '05 545i). Mine is black (black interior). I'd say call another dealer!

Mine came standard as well and is US spec.
But here you go. Here is a list of all the colors and the part numbers that you can get. With the net you will also need th plugs of the color of your interior which is alos included in the doc. Hope this is what you need.

That's it, perfect, thanks

That led me to the right section of the online parts catalog and I found the perfect match for 6er Chateau.

Uno, about 99% of the members here could be better BMW service reps that what they have now. Hmmm, maybe instead of a Wal Mart greeter I could do BMW service in my retirement

While at the dealer - leaving after ordering wrong item last week, I did glance at three 5ers. 1 had the net, 2 did not, but I did not look to see which model (545, 530, 525 etc) or even year had/had not. I was late for an appointment, else I would have spent more time in research and maybe even gone and drug the parts guy out and pointed at the "net" in the 5er that had it.
