i have a 2006 530i titanium silver and i bought an ACS front lip and side skirts w/ radenergie r10 20". my question is do i send back the acs front lip and replace it with a real m5 front lip (yes i would have to replace fenders too...i would fill in side grille to not be a poser...and no im not crazy about m//tech bumper i prefer the real m5 ) or do i just stick with acs?

Wouldn't that mean you'd have to change your user name? I think either option would look cool but seems more work to switch to the real M5 stuff.

Seems like a lot of expense for not a whole lot of difference. The only difference I have been able to see is that the front fenders have more flair - which is cool.

Personally, here is my two cents worth. It is one thing to add a different trim panel that is painted to match, hard to tell the difference between a front or rear lip. No matter how good the paint shop is, I would question whether they can have an exact match on the paint where it does not look like the fenders have been painted to a perceptive eye - especially silver. I would hate that.

Have you checked into the cost - two new fendors and the front apron and ??? I would imagine there are some other parts like the plastic covers inside the wheel wells. My guess is you are talking about a $5k mod.
