Hey Gene- I've been wanting to ask this question but keep forgetting and now I see your reply. Does "bump" just mean enter a reply that has no new wording? So it adds a responder to the thread but with no info? I have thought that is what it means but never known for sure. Thanks.

Everything is possible, but I wouldn't try without a complete set including all attaching parts.
Besides, M5 has different front wheel fenders (wider), and a genuine M5 front bumper wouldn't fit 100% with normal E60 front wheel fenders.
I remember someone here has done it, but it requires some modding.

So, I would by the whole, complete M5 set + front wheel fenders if I wanted an M5 front.
Or, then I could go easier way and buy M-sport kit. Like I did .

So what are you saying, that it's ok to bump threads in here? Yes, it's only enforced in the classifieds section now... but lets not allow this BUMP trend to continue in this precious area of the forum as well. It's pretty pointless to be bumping a thread like this anyway, and to be honest all it takes is one person to start the bumping wars as we've seen in the classifieds with JBSPEED. Make sense?

Both bumpers will fit. The rear bumper will fit perfectly, but the front bumper will have about 5mm gaps sticking out on each side. If your car is black, you could probably get away with it because it wouldnt be as noticeable. If not, you're better off getting the M-Tech front bumper which has the looks of an M5 bumper but you get to keep your fog lights... and it's a direct & perfect fit!

"BUMP" means to: Bring your thread topic back on top of the list so users will notice it faster. Every topic with a new comment always gets refreshed on top of the list.

People also use words like "TTT" which means - To The Top and others I cant remember..
