need help with tires

Yes i have 12mm more inwards, but since the wheel is half an inch wider, the difference is only 5mm. And there is a lot of room when turned out (thats why its strange that he has a rub with normal suspension height, i have sports), check out the pic:
And the rear have no problems whatsoever, the M5 one is 4mm more inwards and half an inch less:
And yes i know what is the recommended size, but with many people running 20" wheels and 35/30 profile, its the same wheel size as i have. I prefer that little bit of rubber more on the wheel, and the bmw engineers are not dumb for using this tire setup for M5, its just optimal for the 5er body. The wheel arch is beautifully full and the traction and handling is superior.
