they're labeled "mid-bass" in the attached. I got this from another forum, can't take credit for it.
Credit or not, I really appreciate it. This will help me a ton. Thanks, Felix!

Here's a drawing with some aftermarket components connected. The Mid Woofer Crossover wiring colors coming from the Alpine MRV-F350
are the same as Felix's drawing, but, reversed polarity. L and R appear to be the same.
Normally I would say that red/white(left) and red/blue(right) would be +. Like in the diagram Felix provided.
Don't want to make things more confusing...

What color wires go to the subs????

I looked under the seat and found the grilles, but everything is concealed. Does anyone know what the sub wire colors are?

Thanks.

I am also in search of this info. I have some really weird issues to document. But for now I do need some outside help. I have standard audio with the little amp in the boot. The midrange under seats have never worked. Power, Ground and remote to the tiny amp do work. I assume its a signal issue going to the amp. So I've decided to upgrade anyway. I am tapping into the rear speakers and I am not sure which one is + or -. Remember, these rear deck component sets are NOT driven by the amp. They're driven by the Head unit (I have retrofitted professional navi as the car was pre-wired. The amp did not work prior to this either)

Right (Passenger)
Yellow/black stripe
Yellow/brown stripe

Left (Driver)
Black/violet stripe
Black/red stripe

Does anyone know which one would be the negative on each or how I can find out?

Sorry not L7.....bump.....

Or perhaps someone can answer this question....Since it appears that the amp incoming line-levels don't work I've tapped into the rear speakers. I believe I have it figured out perfectly since I do have sound but it appears that the signals coming from the speakers are "capacitated".........I didn't see any capacitors inline with the wires so I'm assuming the head unit does the crossing over? If so, is the head unit programmable? Because I believe that this is my problem. My BMW Aux doesn't work and my amp line levels don't work.

History....
I had standard system with subs under seat. The subs never worked and I'll be damned if i dont have nav. Car was pre-wired. I got a professinal screen and Nav. Threw it in and no sound. I had MP3 coded and the Aux menu programmed at the dealer and had sound.....subs still not working and the aux menu was there but didnt work when I plugged in. The aux pretty much uses the L+ and R+ and a ground. I believe problem is at the head unit. Is this programmable?

I was responding to the question asked by the OP, M5Express, who has an M5. He wanted to know the wire colors and polarity of the stock L7 subs in his M5.
