Hey guys,

I received my bumper plugs today from bumperplugs.com. I didn't do my research (idiot!) and just found out that I'd need to make the bumper holes bigger. I read that I'd need to drill a 1/4" hole for the bumper plugs to fit. Should I do it??? Just not too comfortable making the two things I hate the most on the bumper bigger than they already are.

Thanks!!!

Did you actually use an electric drill and a 1/4" drill bit?

It depends on how big is the hole that you already have on your bumper. I started first with a smaller bit(bigger than the hole on your bumper but smaller than 1/4". Put a masking tape wrap around the drill bit about 1" above the tip of the drill. This will be your guide on how far you drill it in. Start the drill slow, remember you are drilling thru a plastic bumper. Clean up the edges of the hole and put the plug in. GL
