Need advice on new wheels and tires

Hey all,
I currently have the Style 134 16" on my 2004 525i (orient blue) and I'm seriously considering in getting the m5 Style 166 wheels and need some advice from those who have done the same thing or plan to. I have been looking at purchasing them from bmwwheels.com and having my local Big O Tires get me tires for them and installing them. Is this a bad idea? Should I just have my local dealer get the wheels and tires and install them? The dealer would probably charge more for the wheels right? Plus charge an arm and a leg for installing them I imagine.
Also since these wheels are 19" and are for the m5, is there any incompatibility issues that I need to know about or will the dealer take care of it all? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
