Trying to figure out which unit to get. These are the only brands I know of. Are there any others?

There are loads of them now. But the best option is actually the MOST interfaces. Recently discussed here http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=42288

I have the nav-tv one and i paid $700, which is way too much  ..i really feel i got raped . i saw what the dealer pays for them and i couldn't believe it.
they all pretty much the same, just get the cheapest one, and make sure it has a warranty. ive changed mine twice already.

yep, that's it...thats the interface that i got from a local workshop here ...no complain on its reliability...as for the reverse camera, to tell u the truth, i don't quite remember, it was previously installed on my e46, but since my wife is using the car now (which has oem rear pdc), i decided to take 'em off the car and put them on mine...

It looks a lot better than the oem reverse camera's for e60's...here are a couple of pictures on the camera...

I spoke to NAVTV2go guys in NYcity, they said they will do install+part+rearcam ($190) = $999/- so was bit leaning towards it.

I was hoping to hook it upto a CARPC, but looks like no VGA input on any of these modules.
