Hi,

Can someone help me with the name of this light alloy wheel. Can I use these wheels on a 523ia -07?

That's just too small (look-wise) for any 5er, IMO

Do our brakes even fit inside 16 inch wheels? When I had the stock 17's it looked tight in the front. I am not sure 16's will fit over the brakes.

Yes, 16" will fit.
