My Ride: 2006 530i
i just ordered these, ive search diy and found how to install them! im a little worried about the 8mm bolt with the magnet, i removed my headlight off my previous 3 and lost one!!!
anyone have this angel eye upgrade and can post a pic??? i would like to see how bright they are???

BET530, contrary to the DIY article, you don't actually need to remove that 8mm bold completely... just loosen it a couple of turns and slide the light housing out. I just did this myself and had no issues other than a bit of careful wiggling to get the housing out and in. There is another DIY around that has better instructions... see if you can find it.

For Pre-LCI cars none of the upgrades are that bright... it's due to the light tubing used to carry the light for the AE's and not so much a function of the bulb/LED brightness.
