How much brighter are these than the Mtech V3's?

I just ordered the 20w version of these lights. Claimed 20w per side. I'll post daytime pics when get them..

Here's some reading material about the 20w set until I can receive and install them. They are being touted as 98% the brightness if the LUX at half the price. We'll see...
