well i managed to remove the seats and clean in between and under the seats not the best job i hvae done but in comparison to all the grime and build up i had in there its gone a long way, i will buy black grill cloth for my kick pannels to make sure it blends well with the rest.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how hard was this to do? Can you elaborate on how you did it, tools needed etc.?

i wouldnt say hard at all there are two bolts in the front and in the rear, you will have to remove the track covers to expose the bolts they are star screws so you will need a rachet and adapter.
remove both bolts in the rear and then in the front i didnt remove or unplug the electrical as i didnt see it necessary then with a heavy duty brush just brush in the between and at the bottom vaccum really well then apply degreaser or a cleaner allow it to sit for a few minutes then either wipe or scrub
