Hello there, newbie here from Bangkok... normally I would be on a "local" BMW website, but recently I discover this website for just E60 Very cool.. Anyhow, I had this E60 in the family garage for 3 years now. It spent the first year very much the way it came out from the factory, it is our first 5 series since normally we would opt for other series in the BMW line up instead of the 5 range. The car didn't see much action, it was a secondary choice for everyone in the family. Due to the fact that we all have our own cars, until I got my hands on it... Since from time to time I needed a four doors sedan. Instead of other two doors smaller automobiles in our garage and our E66 is too big for my taste. I ended up really liking it and decides to make "a few modification" to it... 2 years on, it seems there's no end in sight from the exterior, into the interior (new trims, two tone upholstery, etc), into the engine compartment... with the most recent mod being the facelift head light and tail lights. But now I'm moving on to the next cosmetic surgery for my E60.. it's been a timely project, but I'm sure it will be well worth it.

Stay Tuned....

Looks GREAT and I can't wait to see the results! I used to live in Singapore and would travel up your way- I've never seen such a car so you are sure to create much "mod envy" and attention!

Cheers!

By the way- are those M5 front fenders with those beautiful side grills or another type of mod? They look great too!

When I think of cosmetic surgery I think tummy tuck or straighten up a nose. This looks like MAJOR serious work. WOW .. .. do share the progress in pictures. I for one can't wait to see the finished product!

I'm not sure but from what I'm seeing, it's possible that the finished product is posted in the first photo -- if not, I can't figure out what's going on...

But he does imply that more mods are either coming soon or in the process...

I think he invested time for the M5 style to his car and now he's doing some other mods, my guess is that he put a new color on his car?
Anyhow, ISHBU, welcome to this forum.
