Just about to buy a 530d Sport Touring...anyone know if mudflaps can be fitted (UK dealer says no). Any aftermarket ones available? Thanks!

BMW must have them. Clicking on the various wheel packages they offer for the E60 on their web site I noticed mud flaps are shown.

There was a long thread on this forum regarding mudflaps. I recommend using the features of this forum to search for such information and discover the wonderful E60 Forums. ( I could do this for you, but too many people don't care to look back more than a month or so in the archives.) I know there were at least 2 threads re mudflaps. I have put them on myself. The Forum has existed for 2 years and I constantly see the same questions asked as last year.

Thanks, I did check before posting but could only find one question (unanswered as far as I could see) about flaps on a Sport buried in a thread about the trivial issue of how flaps look...can't believe how concerned everyone is about appearances...I care very much about protecting the car as much as possible. So, any guidance would be gratefully received.
