Personally, I don't like them... even with an M5 rear. The reason I have not installed a splitter on my E60 is because I think it disrupts the flow of the car with the stock rear bumper. The way my ride is setup right now, the lines are clean.

My Ride: F13 M6
for the mtech kit - mtech rear, ebmcs03 (eric) has it on his silver gray 545 and blackonblackonblack (wendell) had it on his 545. both looked good.

Everything : the M5 front bumper gives to the car a better looking . It -seems- similar, but is different!

My Ride: 2006 E60 525i
bumping an old thread.
now that my kir is coming in soon now im having a hard time deciding ifi want to stay with the stock rear bumper over teh mtech rear bumper.
i searched last night and today and can not find any good side by side comparo pix of a e60 with mtech front sides and stock rear and an e60 with the entire mtech kit front sides and rear.
any pix would be greatly appreciated.
