Finally got enough money to start personalizing my car :).

Where should I get my mTech kit painted? And M5 wheels a local junkyard has a set of wheels from a salvaged M5 for about $800 have about 20k on them? Good deal?

I am also thinking of getting a tint film cover for my tails, my friend got a pair for his 330xi and they look sick!

If the M5 wheels are OEM, $800.00 is a hell of a deal (I assume they come with tires too). Just make sure to check for the OEM stamps on the inside of the wheels, and of course that none are damage (which 9/10 times when a car is totaled it sustains wheel damage.

When is the last time you've seen a totaled car with pristine wheels and tires?

Uhhhhh... I've not seen too many. In fact, in my experience being around a body shop I've seen maybe 10%.

Personal experience is where I get my numbers. Where do you get yours?

what do you mean by tint film cover? any picture provided?
