MTECH front bumper bottom grill removal

Does anybody here know how to remove the lower grill off an MTECH front bumper without removing the bumper itself?

not sure about the Mtech since I still have the OEM bumper :thumbsdown: but I think you can access from the bottom after removing the front under body carriage.

TIS says the bumper must be removed before you get to removing the lower grill:
