Just purchased led fog lights for my 2008 550i, I can't find a diagram on how to install them, will i have to remove the bumper to replace the bulbs.

Access the fog light via the wheel well liner behind the fog light. Three or four screws to partially remove the liner, I think.

yes, tried that, there is a fluid resevoir, head light washer I believe, blocking the left side preventing access, i didn't try the right side. I was hoping someone would tell me the facia covering the lights could be removed.

Continue to remove bottom black plastic piece underneath the reservoir. That is how I replaced my fog light bulb.

That is your windshield washer reservoir. When I upgraded to hid fogs it was easier to access the bulbs when I took the bumper off.
