Rolled Fenders: in order to get a larger wheel/tire to fit inside the car's wheel well, sometimes it is necessary to "roll the fenders". On an e60, if you feel underneath the rear fender, you'll notice that there is a small, maybe 1 centimeter thick, inner lip, so to speak. That lip needs to be rolled up against the outer fender, so the larger wheel/tire can fit in the wheel well.

The full detail took about 15 hours, over a few days. Claying took a long time since I did every square inch of the vehicle, and the Menzerna FPII was not the easiest to work in, I suspect partly due to the humidity in Atlanta, even in my garage. I think I prefer the ease of Meguiar's DACP, which is also more aggressive, but the Menzerna Glaze and FMJ were a breeze, and I like the results. I think Zaino gives a more "wet", or "liquid" shine, but this line of Menzerna reminds me more of a Carnauba, even though it's a synthetic, in that it has a warmer, deeper, less plastic-like glow. It's said to last 6+ months, but I will likely redo the process in September.
