Good to know the scoops gave good results. As you guys know, RPI is giving us 2 scoops for non-M E60s as part of their sponsorship for our Central Cali Meet. They're also giving 2 dyno sessions so I may pair up 1 scoop with 1 dyno session so the winner can have their car tested for gains.

Don't think Eloy's on this board but just in case, THANKS ELOY AND RACE PRECISION!!

thanks for the comments guys. yes pimm i do love my wheels very much. i like to think of them as simple, especially since not many have them *knock on wood*

for the scoops, i met a guy the first day i went to race precision with a Z4 coupe and he had the scoop. theyve also been making scoops for those cars as well. for his car, he gained 8-10 horses.

many many thanks to eloy. i would definitely recommend doing business with him.

Hey Nerwyll, is it possible to get your hand in there when the hood's open to wipe down the scoop? I noticed a lot of dry water spots in this picture.

thanks ace. looking forward to seeing you and your beauty as well at the meet.

ryan, maybe ill try it the asian way to wipe it down with a skinny stick with a rag at the end
should be clean for the meet... wont be possible to stick my hand in there with the hood popped. only way id be able to actually wipe it down would be to take out the kidney grill.

Hmmm I see... thanks for the quick reply. If I got the scoop, the water spots would bug me. What to do...

Dump your car and get a scale model so you can keep it from the elements and sit there all day and clean it with cotton swabs and store it in a glass case.
