My Ride: 2001 M5, 2010 e61 / 535iXT Automatic

Mod 2006 530iXT or replace with 2010 525iXT
I'm going back and forth in my brain housing group on whether I should retrofit CIC nav and PDC to my current 2006 (+/- 63,000 miles) or upgrade to a 2010ish LCI 535
Pros for keeping, paid for, does just about everything we want, good mpg, good shape,
Cons" Mostly secondary to performance, also lacks PDC and Nav
Stateside based so no newer 5 series wagons, new 3 series wagon e 2L turbo charged, quick, but can't tow much if anything.
Thoughts ??
