My Ride: 2005 545i Sport, Premium, Logic 7, Jet Black, Black Leather, M-Aero Kit, 15% (very dark) Tint, Eichbach Lowering Springs, Red Brake Calipers, Radenergie R-10's, Michelin PilotSport2 in 245/35/20 and 285/30/20, Rolled Fenders, and a nifty Graco Baby Car Seat. Next Up: Xenon fogs, Eisemann Exhaust, iPod Interface, Comfort Seats.

I am considering getting a set of Miro Type 347 wheels, which I believe are replicas of the HartgeClassic2's. I am told that they are staggered (20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear). This is with a 20mm offset. And I am further told that they would require tires that are 245/30/20 front and 285/25/20 rear.

Does all that sound right?

If so, I don't think I can get Michelin PS2's in those sizes, which is a bummer.

Anyone know anything about these sizing of wheel/ tire/ offset who can help me?
Thanks!

I highly doubt those wheels are strong enough to support that agressive tire size since those wheels are replicas. If you are to go the replica route try 35 front and 30 rear.

I will look into that. Wheel/tire sizing is new to me. Lakeshore recommended the more aggressive sizing.

It's confusing!

A safe size is 245/35/20 275/30/20
