MB Quart QM200.3 mounting question

Recently I bought these speakers to upgrade my factory hifi setup. I wanted to install them but ran into a problem. Basically my bolts are too short and I cannot screw the nut onto the bolt because the mounting holes are too far back. Included are some pics showing the difference in depth. The MB quart speakers are further behind compared to the OEM ones which are close to the top of the speaker. Also the size of the mounting brackets are slightly bigger than the OEM ones. Any tips or experience on how to install these? Thanks in advance.

You need to get a ring with enough thickness to fill the gap your new speakers are creating. Some people make them themselves out of MDF, or fiberboard. Just google "mdf speaker rings" you will see pictures of them, you could also buy them if you don't with to make them. I cannot comment on the depth available in your speaker location though, so make sure you will have room. Good luck!

Thank you for responding. I'll search up how to make some speaker rings. The speakers I bought says they'll fit into an e60 but I guess its not an exact fit. By any chance do you know how to remove the current ones fitted on the speakers?
