OK I am very lightly entertaining the purchase of a 2010 M5. I have very recently added lots of nice mods to my car and I would like to know if anyone would SERIOUSLY interested in purchasing any of them. I will be VERY reasonable as I don;t want to simply lose 100% of my investment by trading the car with them on.

1. Genuine Hamann side skirts (installed approx 45 days ago). Paid $1400. Asking $1000
2. Hamann replica front lip (Carbon Fiber painted over with Carbon Black. Not sure if can be brought back to CF. Imagine it could. Installed approx 45 days ago). Asking $100
3. Hamann replica trunk lid spoiler (Carbon Fiber painted over with Carbon Black. Installed approx 45 days ago. Asking $100
4. UUC Ultimate Short Shifter (BRAND NEW NOT YET INSTALLED.) I believe I paid around $325. Asking $275
5. Quaife 3.46 LSD (BRAND NEW. HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED IT BUT IT IS CURRENTLY IN CUSTOM PRODUCTION SO I CANNOT CANCEL). Cost $3700. Make me an offer. This is a KILLER mod. More than 15% torque increase. With my Dian setup I actually would have more torque than the M5. Stock e60 would out accelerate an M3 with this bad boy. Probably very best mod you can do for a 6 Manual or SMG E60.
6. Genuine OEM M5 rear decklid spoiler. Painted Carbon Black. Asking $100
7. OEM Genuine M5 Mirrors (complete with lower covers). BRAND NEW. HAVE NOT INSTALLED. Ordered from dealer and have not yet picked up. Paid in advance so I cannot cancel. Cannot recall exact price but was around $1,400 for both. Asking $1,100
8. Set of OEM M5 mirror glass (left and right side. All functions). Purchased these used on this forum for $250 to install in mirrors I ordered. Make me an offer.
9. ACS rep roof spoiler. Asking $100

My car is a 2008 Dinan 550i (LCI) 6 speed manual sport. Pictures posted below with installed mods shown. NO, I AM NOT SELLING THOSE HRE WHEELS! They will fit the M5. Again, I am very slightly entertaining the idea of making the deal. It is a random thing that popped up. I LOVE my car. Wanting to put feelers out to see if I could quickly sell these mods and get a somewhat reasonable price. Please, only let me know if you are SERIOUS and READY to move should I decide to proceed. Btw...would sell the entire car also. Has Dinan Stage 3 EVERYTHING. Every option available except camber plates (I don't track her). Full Dinan suspension. Recent full service and ALL Dinan mods installed within 60 days. 44K miles. Carbon Black exterior, black leather interior, Black Bamboo trim, nav, head up display, logic 7, fully loaded. Anthracite headliner, black Dinan mats with red logo and Dinan pedals.Garaged and perfect condition in and out. Look at how good she looks even in crappy cell pics below. After the whole thread on why you decided on modding the 550 instead of an M5, you cant get an M5 now.

Your 550 approaches M5 speeds is likely more reliable and looks just as good. More importantly its got your sweat and mods that you've just put on!

How much was the car you looked at for? 2010 M5 must be pretty pricey. I was at a dealership just today and saw a 2010 AW with 30k miles for $66k (non CPO'd).

Considering that the F10 M5 is coming out later this year, I would think that the price will drop even more on the E60 M5s in the near future.

lol! so SERIOUSLY, you think I'm nuts? I sorta think so. That is why I said "slightly" considering. Damn thing just fell in my lap. I am looking at pics of my car and I actually think it is a lot sweeter looking and I have that Quaife due to arrive in next week or two so I know it will fly 0-60 so just kicking this around.

Amen to ALL of that brother. I truly do love the uniqueness of a nicely modded "i" car. Like I said, I love the look of my car. Add the M5 mirrors, a Hamann rear diffuser and quad exhaust and it will look sweet. I am so torn. As I am sitting here I am desperatley searching for Hamann silver carbon side vents. I don't know...this is the crap that I do!

Yeah, the may drop even more. They are not holding their value like non M cars now. Not the same demand for them. Much more of a niche. It is $59K non CPOd with 32k mi. Perfect exterior for me but not crazy about interior. Just a whim here. Talking numbers with them but they would need to sweeten it up quite a bit. I'm a royal pain in the a** when it comes to car purchases. a long time ago I was in the car business myself so I know how to play the game better than most of the silly salespeople I deal with. Usually walk out on a "mini" deal.
