Engine: Custom Remus cat-back exhaust w/chrome square tips, K&N Air Filter, Charcoal Filter Removed, Sprint Booster :-), 50/50 mix of 91+100 Octane, EuroRev ECU Remap (coming soon lol), Dinan High-Flow Throttle Body (coming soon...maybe lol) Interior: Portable Sirius Stilletto 100 w/car kit, Garmin Nuvi 680 mounted below rear-view mirror, LCI-style I-drive knob, Dark Poplar Center Dashboard Trim. Exterior: E60 forum clings, 5% rear tint, ACS roof spoiler (painted black for distinct look against limo tint), ACS trunk spoiler, ACS add-on front spoiler and rear apron (awaiting installation), "18 Black Staggered BeBeS Style OER (emergency replacement for cracked sport 124 rims), black kidney grill, white accessory lighting (including license and trunk lamps), Angel-eye upgrade, AIB xenon-matched fog lamps, AIB V3's on order, red rear reflectors

I'm kinda on the fence about it. The car seems kinda....bland without it. The whoosh and roar are great with it, even during the course of normal driving. BUT, power losses and heated air in the intake stream during hot weather definately isn't a good thing. I still have some unsettled curiousities about intake air temperatures when ambiant is in the 60's or below, but I'll visit those later. It may be up for sale, with a disclaimer about performance.

Yea, my car does sound bland without the AFE, I have my stock box and K&N back in, but my quads seem to be quieter without the AFE also, however my car did regain hp/torque and my engine shifts and revs are much smoother, but I really do like the loudness of the AFE. I don't know but I doubt I will put AFE back in since it made my car slower.
