I've got the 166's on my car now and I had to get them repaired rectntly due to cracks from driving on the NYC streets. I was looking at a set of 167's to put on my car because I want a stronger wheel. I read that the 167's are forged so I'm guessing that'll make them strong enough to withstand these streets, or should I just get an 18 inch rim and be done with it?

Regardless of the quality, get the 167's. They look a million times better on the E60 than the 166's...and my car came stock with them.
This is still one of my all time favorite pix... Sporty, classic, aggressive and clean. Can't beat it, if you go OEM.
