Can I use my existing factory fog lights with the M5Tech front?
Are there different between LCI and Non LCI for these bumpers? I see that some is being sold as fitting 04 to 09 E60.

BTW, any DIY guide around to replace the front bumper? Thanks

I think there is a difference between LCI and pre-LCI from what I read in the threads made by both Trinity and Umnitza.

I believe you can use the existing fog lights with the bumper; not sure about the guide to replace the front bumper though but I have seen DIY for both side and rear.

If you want a quicker response, PM either Trinty or Umnitza and they should get back to you soon. Those guys are very fast in replying messages, even after 1 AM west coast time.

To answer your question, if your car is pre-LCI - yes, you can reuse the same foglights that came with the car. If your car is LCI, no you can't reuse them, but when you order an LCI kit they include foglights. I know Trinity Autosport does. The front bumpers come complete and ready for paint and install. BTW, just to be clear: Pre-LCI is 2004-2007 and LCI cars are 2008-2010 (in the US that is)

Simply put, what year is your car.
2008+ with trapezoidal fogs will not fit.

One of the reasons we've begun selling the Projector fogs for the E60 - which are better than the OE fogs anyways for light output.

Thanks John for defining the difference.
